Len Haberman, Esq
Leonard P. Haberman, Esq. has spent his career fighting for justice against abusive nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes.
Len focuses most of the practice to fighting for elderly victims of neglect and abuse. When visiting his own family members at these facilities, he saw obvious signs of neglect, injury, and abuse. Len decided to use his law degree to help the elderly and their families seek justice. He is all too aware that people are injured when facilities fail to spend enough money to keep people safe. By pursing these cases, not only is he able to bring some measure of justice to the family, but he hopes that it will convince nursing homes to do more, to spend more money, to make sure no one else’s loved one becomes another victim.
After graduating from Temple University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Mr. Haberman attended Delaware Law School in 1997. He has been a devoted member of the Philadelphia legal community for nearly 25 years. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and the Florida Association of Justice.
Len is a proud husband and father of two children and two dogs. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he counts the Philadelphia Eagles and playing the guitar as two of his strongest passions.
